Import your Emails

You can import your emails to Zeevou in three access levels: Staff, Team, and Brand.
Each level provides different levels of access for a staff member, all team members, and all organization Office Staff. Thus, for privacy issues, it is very important that you apply the level you really want.

For Staff:
1. In Zeevou Souls-> Staff Profiles, choose the staff you want to import his/her emails in Zeevou.
2. Click on Generate Email button. An email address is created.
3. Login to your email address and set it to Forward all your emails to the generated address. (for Gmail you can visit https://support.google.com/mail/answer/10957?hl=en)

4. Only Staff member will have access to the forwarded emails in My Emails (on the top right of the page).


For Teams:
1. In Zeevou Souls-> Zeevou Staff-> Teams, click on Generate Email Forwarding Address button.
2. In the opened pop up, specify the Reply-to address (the team address whose emails is going to be forwarded to the generated email address)

3. Login to Team email and set it to Forward all your emails to the generated address. (for gmail you can visit https://support.google.com/mail/answer/10957?hl=en)
4. All team members will have access to the forwarded emails in My Emails (on the top right of the page).

For Brand:
1. In Zeevou Set-> Organization Configuration, under Email Notification Configuration, click on Generate Email button.
2. Login to the email set in Reply To field and set it to Forward all the emails to generated address. (for gmail you can visit https://support.google.com/mail/answer/10957?hl=en)

3. All Office Staff of the organization will have access to the forwarded emails in My Emails (on the top right of the page).
