How can staff have access in Unified Inbox?

Under the Unified Inbox, you can see all your communications related to:

  • a booking,
  • a property,
  • a unit, 
  • a brand, 
  • and a team.

In order to give access to staff in a brand and team,  log into app.zeevou.com and click on the gear icon and select Preferences. Then, you will be redirected to your Organisation Configuration. Then click on Email Notification Configuration -> Staff and click on Add to insert the email(s). Finally, click Save.Email Notification Configuration

 

Once done, your staff will have access to the Brand’s conversations, and they can use the Brand’s email to reply to conversations/questions.
