When you log into Zeevou App, the Calendar is on the bottom left-hand corner. If you tap on it, you will land on the Booking Calendar. There are three icons on the top right corner of the screen: Guide,Today, and Search icons from right to left.
When you tap on the Guide icon, a window pops up which shows the colours of various booking statuses.
By tapping on the Today icon, the calendar is switched to today.
If you tap on the Search icon, a window pops up in which you can search based on Property, Unit Type, or/and Units from the drop-down menus.
When you tap on All in the City drop-down, a window pops up in which you can see the list of the cities in the organisation. If you tap on a city from the list, its listings will be shown.
If you tap on a property below the date, the list of its unit types is displayed. If you click on each unit type, the list of its units and unallocated bookings will be shown.
When you tick Cancelled Bookings, the Cancelled, Scheduled for Cancellations and No Show Bookings will be displayed on the calendar in different colours.
If you long tap on each booking, its summary will be displayed, and you can tap on View to see the booking details.
