When a guest’s mobile number is invalid due to a missing country code or a “+” before the code, although automated SMSs are triggered in the system guests cannot receive any text messages from you. In order to inform you, the system will send an automated email about this failure as follows:

The number provided (below) is invalid. Please make sure it is a valid mobile number and includes a country code starting in a +.

Also, you will see a note of “not sent” in front of the message.
Please note that if you fix the number and set a valid number the unsent SMS will not be sent automatically and you need to resend them if you still wish the message to be sent.
