Never miss a message again! Get notified when your Automated Messages are sent, failed, or pending with the Messages Tab in Booking View. Keep track of all your messages and take control of your notifications!
You can see the list of all Automated Messages Notifications created for this booking and their status. The sending status is shown with three different icons:
- Pending
- Failed
- Sent
If it’s Pending, there is a clock next to it and its status can be shown by clicking on the small arrow in front of it. You can click on the three dots to Send Now or Preview.
If it’s Failed, an alarm circle is shown next to it. You can click on Retry to resend or More to preview the message again.
The ticked green circle is next to the Sent messages; you can click on the three dots to Preview or Resend them.
Make sure your messages are always sent! With the Messages Tab in Booking View, you can easily see the sending status of all your automated messages, send them now, or retry if they have failed. Get full control over your messages with the Messages Tab!
Note: You can click on the Unified Inbox icon on the top right to check other messages not created by the automated messages.
