After you register, our onboarding team will walk you through every step. Onboarding is totally free of charge and usually takes a few hours to a few days, depending on the stage of your business, the number of properties, and your subscription plan. It also requires your regular involvement to ensure we have all the necessary information.

Onboarding sessions typically take place on Zoom, which requires sharing your screen, and anyone from your team is welcome to join. We also offer chat support on Discord.

You will receive an invitation email for scheduling the first session right after sign-up, and you can usually find availability for the next day. You can have unlimited, 1-to-1 onboarding sessions to ensure everything is set up correctly.

The onboarding team works on weekdays and weekends from 6 AM to 7 PM UK Time.

When linking to Airbnb and Booking.com, all your future bookings will get automatically imported. You can add details of other bookings, whether from other channels or past bookings manually or by uploading a spreadsheet. You will be able to use Zeevou’s features for existing bookings as well.

If you use Airbnb, you can import your listings through a dedicated import tool that we have developed for this purpose. Alternatively, you can add them through our Listing Wizard or upload them through our bulk import spreadsheet functionality.

Meetings can be customised as per your request, but a typical agenda includes the following topics:

  1. Configuring your Organisation Settings
  2. Creating and importing listings
  3. Connecting your account to payment gateways, dynamic pricing tools, and any other desired integrations
  4. Importing your Bookings and blocking off dates
  5. Ensuring your Rates are up to date
  6. Setting up automated messaging
  7. Setting up your Direct Booking Website
  8. Navigating and using our website and 
  9. Creating a test booking

 Mapping: During this stage, you can turn your previous channel manager off and connect your Zeevou account
