Na’ím Anís Paymán
Founder & CEO of Zeevou | Hospitality Technology Innovator
Zeevou’s vision is shaped by the lived experience of our founder, Na’ím Anís Paymán. His hands-on background in property management ensures our approach stays practical, not just theoretical, helping hospitality professionals save time, strengthen operations, and grow sustainably.
From studying Natural Sciences at the University of Cambridge to running one of the UK’s fastest-scaling serviced apartment businesses, Na’ím saw first-hand how fragmented tools and OTA dependence held operators back. Frustrated by the lack of a comprehensive solution, he built Zeevou: an all-in-one platform created by hosts, for hosts.
Areas of Expertise:
- Scaling short-term rental operations
- Direct booking growth strategies
- Hospitality SaaS & PMS innovation
- Channel management & distribution
- Building host-driven marketplaces
Background & Experience
Na’ím’s entrepreneurial journey began at Cambridge, where he founded Paymán Club, a short-term accommodation brand that expanded across the UK and internationally. The operational challenges he encountered—double bookings, manual processes, high OTA fees—sparked the idea for Zeevou: a system that automates the essentials and gives property managers the freedom to grow.
Today, Na’ím leads Zeevou with a vision of empowering hosts worldwide to reduce reliance on intermediaries, improve owner trust, and deliver outstanding guest experiences.
