What You Actually Get
A certified profile hosts can find and trust, real checklists and templates you’ll use on your very next shift, and a credential that’s tested on actual judgement calls, not memorised answers. Four stages, free, at your own pace.
How it works
Simple path from certification to get matched with hosts who actually need you; most VAs finish certification in one sitting.
Booking confirmed
A link is automatically sent to the guest to complete the pre-checkin form.
Security Deposit Timeline Starts
Zeevou pre-authorises the deposit based on your selected timeline ahead of the guest’s arrival and flags any failures.
Deposit is Automatically Extended
Zeevou automatically re-authorises it, or flags the booking if the card declines.
Guest checks out
Your housekeeper inspects the property and reports any damages through Zeevou’s mobile app.
Security Deposit Available to Charge
Charge the deposit and record the amount, the reason and supporting evidence as necessary.
Master the Job
Build the trust hosts rely on. Judgement, guest communication, and professional habits, including how to handle several problems landing at once.
The Platform in Practice
Turn features into real value. Deep, hands-on Zeevou fluency, bookings, operations, revenue, automation, not a features tour.
VA’s Work Toolkit
Real tools for the real job. Downloadable checklists, guest templates, and a health-check method you’ll use on your very next shift.
Grow & Get Recognised
Get seen, get rewarded. Career growth, working with AI well, then certification, with ZeeLink and referrals available if you want them.
