How FabAccommodation Doubled Its Portfolio and Freed Up Time to Scale
We recently sat down with Fabian, founder of FabAccommodation, to talk about his journey in the vacation rental industry, how he scaled from a few units to over 20 in just a year, and how Zeevou helped him free up time, streamline operations, and focus on real growth.
From a Handful of Units to 100 in Sight
Fabian’s business has grown rapidly in the past year. “We currently manage around 25 properties, most of which we took on in the last twelve months,” he shares. “Our goal is to reach 100 units by the end of the year.”
While the team is lean—three full-time staff members—Fabian works with a wide network of freelancers and subcontractors. “There are about 20 other people we collaborate with on a freelance basis.”
The objective is clear: scale smartly and build a solid, flexible team while keeping operations tight and efficient.

A Strong Focus on Direct Bookings & Business Stays in Bristol
Like most operators, FabAccommodation is listed on major platforms such as Booking.com and Airbnb. But what sets them apart is their success in capturing direct bookings, particularly for Business Accommodation Bristol and Contractor Accommodation Bristol.
“We actually link with 28 platforms overall, but through Zeevou, we only map to Booking.com and Airbnb. About 60% of all our bookings are direct,” Fabian explains. “Most of our direct bookings come from optimised listings and people searching for us online. Our website performs well, especially for local guests in Bristol.”
The team has also built strong partnerships with corporate agents such as CTU, Silverdoor, and City Workers, helping them diversify beyond OTAs.
Switching From eviivo to Zeevou
Before switching to Zeevou, Fabian used a different PMS. “I started with eviivo. Honestly, it wasn’t user-friendly and the pricing structure was unclear. You’d get charged extra for things like deposits and per-booking fees, so you never knew what your monthly bill would be.”
Customer support also left much to be desired. That’s when a couple of trusted operators—Paul and Matt from Cliftonvalley Apartments and Joanne—recommended Zeevou.
“I haven’t looked back since. Zeevou listens to its users and is constantly improving,” he adds. “One of the things I value most is that it’s privately owned by an operator. It’s not a corporate setup with pressure from investors focused only on sales. That really matters to me.”

Automation That Powers Growth in Serviced Apartments in Bristol
Fabian credits Zeevou’s automation with transforming how he runs his Short Term Rentals in Bristol business. “It helps us automate messaging, check-in instructions, and even notifies cleaners of check-ins and checkouts. We’ve given cleaners access to calendars, which keeps everyone in sync.”
Guest verification, ID collection, terms and conditions, security deposits—all of that is streamlined through the platform. “Zeevou has helped us a lot with those operational essentials. Features like owner statements and P&L reports are very valuable and surprisingly rare in other systems.”
But the biggest win?
“It freed up my time,” Fabian says without hesitation. “That’s the most important thing. I can now focus on growing the business instead of being buried in daily tasks.”
A Better Quality of Life—and Business
With automation handling much of the operational burden, Fabian’s focus has shifted to growth, marketing, and customer acquisition.
“I’m no longer stuck in the day-to-day. I’m working on the business, not in it. And that’s a game changer.”
Support That Stands Out
Zeevou’s support team also earns Fabian’s praise—especially the responsiveness and dedication of its founder.
“Na’im often replies late at night, even around midnight. You just don’t get that kind of support elsewhere,” he says. “It’s reassuring to know someone’s there.”
Advice for Others in the Industry
When asked what he’d say to others in similar situations, Fabian is direct: “Sign up with Zeevou. I’ve done demos with most of the other platforms. Some of them have raised hundreds of millions, but still lack half the features Zeevou offers.”
He acknowledges the learning curve. “It can feel complex at first, but the more you put in, the more you get out. Just commit to it and give it time.”
A Final Note: Two Brands, One Mission
Fabian also runs a second company, EasierManagement, which specialises in Airbnb Management in Bristol and the South-West of England. Both brands share the same goal: delivering exceptional, tech-driven, guest-focused accommodation services in the South-West of England.

In One Sentence?
“It gives me the opportunity to focus on growing the business by freeing up my time and removing the manual work that used to hold me back.”
