Most software providers do not pay enough attention to the greatest asset that they have – their customers. They ship a product once every so often and expect it to meet client needs. Any feedback from clients is frequently viewed as pushback, and swept under the carpet. This leads to feelings of frustration around the stagnation that certain PMSes and Channel Managers acquire with regards to their feature set, and leaves hosts feeling that they are not able to advance their business in the way that they had envisioned.
How can Zeevou's New Features Help?
At Zeevou, we consider our clients the secret sauce to our success, and believe that we will only succeed to the extent that we assist our Partner Hosts in achieving theirs. This mindset is what underpins our entire relationship with our Patrons, the language we employ, and the service that we provide.
We realise that, no matter how great our product, it is worthless without an equally great service. And part of the service is making our Patrons feel that their voice is heard, and that they can really feel how we continuously strive to solve their pain points.
We hold regular Partner Host Forums, where we gather feedback and try to inform our development priorities. We have also developed a feature within Zeevou, Raise a Hand, which besides being used to raise tickets, also allows hosts to make suggestions for new features. Then our Product Owner take them into consideration and, in consultation with our Agile Scrum Teams, we come up with our Roadmap. Our Roadmap gives an indication of the priorities that we are currently working on and what we intend to work on in the mid-term and the long-term.
