- KeyNest and Zeevou have announced an integration between their services
- The integration allows short-term rental property managers to fully automate check-ins, bookings, and communications
- The integration is a first for Zeevou, with KeyNest the only check-in solution integrated with the platform
Key exchange company KeyNest and Property Management Software (PMS) provider Zeevou have announced their integration, allowing hundreds of property managers worldwide to offer fully automated self check-ins for their guests.
KeyNest and Zeevou users can now integrate their accounts and link KeyNest keys to a particular property listing on Zeevou. New bookings will then automatically generate and share KeyNest collection codes with guests or cleaners via Zeevou, with the guest or cleaner able to collect the apartment keys without any input from the property manager.
Prior to the integration, KeyNest and Zeevou users were able to manage property access remotely but had to transfer collection codes and other data between the platforms manually. The integration allows property managers to completely automate this process, saving a manager with fifty rentals up to four hours a week. Automating property access is now added to the list of existing automation options for Zeevou users, such as communications, booking processes and task management.
The integration means not only automation for property hosts but convenience and flexibility for guests as well. A self-check-in solution like KeyNest is a requirement for entry into Airbnb for Work, Airbnb’s collection of business-travel approved listings. Airbnb for Work is an increasingly popular way for hosts and property managers to increase their revenues.
KeyNest co-founder, Marc Figueras, said of the integration “We are always trying to help our customers automate their operations in order to grow their businesses. We couldn’t be more pleased to have partnered with Zeevou in order to allow our customers to completely automate property access for both guests and cleaners”.
Na’ím Anís Peymán, the chief revolutionary at Zeevou, said “We’re very excited to have KeyNest as our first integrated access solution. Automating check-ins will not only make things a lot easier for Zeevou users, but it will also allow them to scale their property management businesses even faster whilst delivering a great experience to the guest.”

About Zeevou: Zeevou is an easy-to-use online platform that saves owners the stress and cost associated with managing their properties by automating property management – from marketing through to bookings and operations. Originally developed as a solution for managing the units of founder Na’ím Anís Peymán’s short-term rental management business, Zeevou has grown to become an essential tool for thousands of small and medium-sized businesses. Zeevou’s unified property management system and channel manager lets users increase exposure and bookings by connecting to over 200 OTAs and listing sites, as well as increasing direct bookings.
About KeyNest: KeyNest uses RFID technology to provide a secure and convenient key exchange for Airbnb hosts, property managers and busy urban residents. When KeyNest customers aren’t able to hand over keys in person, they drop their keys off at a KeyNest location where they can later be collected by guests, cleaners or friends. In 2017 KeyNest became the UK’s first official partner of Airbnb through the Host Assist programme and has welcomed over 600,000 guests to date. From an original 2016 launch of ten London stores, KeyNest now operates over 2500 stores across Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, the UK and the USA, with a key now moved across its network every few seconds.
