Zeevou Channels
Zeevou’s channel manager allows you to connect to over two hundred (200+) external channels, ranging from OTAs such as Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda and Ctrip to property listing sites like Homeaway and Airbnb, as well as corporate agents like SilverDoor.
You can automatically coordinate your rates and availability and ensure they sync in real time on all channels, then watch the bookings flow into Zeevou without lifting a finger! Make use of our channel management tool to increase your occupancy levels and your profit margins – we do not limit the number of channels you can connect to.
Should you wish to send out your availability to any sites or apps that we don’t integrate with, you can make use of the iCal links that we provide you with for each unit and for each unit type.
This feature allows you to enter specifics regarding payment and commission for each of the channels you link to. You can select whether the channel will pay you by bank transfer or by virtual card (for cases where channels collect guest payments on your behalf). You can also specify when the channel is expected to pay you, whether the commission is charged pre-payout or post-payout, any further charges that might accrue (a percentage on each booking, a fixed amount per booking, or a monthly subscription cost), and the date range associated with each charge.
The rates section allows you to select anything from one or several units to an entire property, area or city, and specify a rate for the selection. After entering a start and end date, price, currency, and minimum/maximum night restrictions, you can override any rates or restrictions by day of the week for a selected period. Zeevou furthermore allows rates in multiple currencies for the same unit, or multiple rates for different periods.
The availability log displays all changes to your availability, with details of when the change occurred and when it was sent out to channels to allow for tracking of connectivity issues in case of double bookings.
The rate log displays all changes to your rates with details of when the change occurred and when it was sent out to channels to allow for tracking of pricing issues for incorrectly priced reservations.
