Extended Stays

Hospitality operators have been trying to accommodate long term guests due to the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Zeevou:

  • allows hosts to set weekly and monthly rates;
  • ensures that monthly invoices for extended stays do not vary from month to month;
  • allows for the setting of multiple rate plans running in parallel, so a different rate can be adopted for a nightly stay to that of a monthly stay for the same listing.

Unified Inbox

Zeevou Chat allows you to import all your emails, be they from an OTA or a normal email with a general enquiry about your services from an owner. This means that your entire team can access all messages and emails from one central location in a unified inbox.

Each booking also contains a log of all communications (whether emails or SMSes) that relate to them.
